Vlint was born out of a simple observation: customer service was failing the very people it was meant to serve. Long wait times, repetitive scripts, and lack of true problem-solving had become the industry standard.
Our founders, veterans in AI research and customer experience design, realized that LLMs could do more than just generate text. They could understand intent, feel sentiment, and solve complex problems with a degree of consistency that humans simply can't maintain at scale.
